One implant feels looser than the other. Should I be worried?

I had silicone cohesive gel implants done ten years ago sub muscular and one is a bigger implant than the other. One feels looser than the other and like I can feel the implant under neath the boob more than the other one. The smaller one seems to be held in more but not like it's harder or I can't feel any scar tissue just feels like it's held in more by the muscle. Should I be worried about the loose one? I had a little pain but I think it's cause I've been playing with it more since noticing

It is not unusual at all for augmented breasts to feel slightly different.  This can be influenced by a number of factors such as the size of the pocket, the degree of capsule formation, etc.  If there is a recent change in the feel or if it is changing, you should follow up with your treating Plastic Surgeon to be sure there is no additional problem with the implant.

No two pairs of breasts are the same.  That is why implants tend to be different between the two, and they can feel and move differently as well.

Thanks for your question. I would not be too worried at this point post-op. The final result of a breast augmentation is normally apparent 3 months after surgery. I would recommend speaking to your surgeon and seeking his advice.All the best,Dr. JSB
