Revision rhinoplasty - Can a square, boxy tip be restored? (Photo)

From my under view, my nose used to be boxy and square. I loved this, yet my surgeon made a narrow, pointy tip . How can I regain a square tip? I often see revision noses attempting widening gain a wider triangle shape, but not actually a boxy, square shape. I was wondering if it is possible to restore this shape and reposition the infratip/medial crura also closer to how they used to be?
