I had a Rhinoplasty and massater procedure done by Dr Costeloe of Bella cosmetic surgery and i can't say how amazing the entire process has been. Not only is my result wonderful, the journey has been wonderful!!! She is very knowledgeable and kind, her bed side manners are oit of this world. Thank you Dr. Costeloe and the entire Bella cosmetic staff.

Dr. Costeloe is the absolute best. I walking of her office always feeling like a million dollars like am actually younger and cuter!! As a woman I always want to feel good about myself and I do but after a meeting and treatment from Dr C I am on top of this world. Highly recommended

Dr Costeloe has been my favorite of all providers. I have experienced extreme bruising with fillers in the past until I saw Dr. Costeloe, I have had multiple sessions with no pain, swelling or bruising. My look and facial structures never change, I always leave looking like myself but softer. She is knowledgeable, professional, friendly and a pleasure to see!

I went to Dr Costeloe for eye bag surgery. I have had terrible eye bags since I was young and have been so self-conscious about them.
Dr Costelloe to ask my concerns and and questions seriously, was so good with me keeping up to my surgery, and has been excellent during my recovery.
I have never felt so good about myself since my surgery. I no longer want to hide behind my glasses, and I don't avoid selfies and pictures anymore. It has been a dream come true!

I cannot say enough about Dr. Anya Costeloe and her staff at Bella Cosmetic Surgery Center. She performed a rhinoplasty, septoplasty and arthroplasty for me. The whole process since consultation has been patient centered and she has given me the nose I have wanted my whole life. I am a little over a month post op and I can already breath better and love how it looks!

The staff and surgeon have accommodated my sometimes hard to plan with schedule to make sure I am seen when needed. The recovery process has been closely monitored by Dr. Costeloe herself and this has given me so much comfort to ask any question I have. This surgeon is very focused and really listens to what you want and your concerns.

This picture is only three weeks after surgery. A rhinoplasty can take up to 1 year to show full results. I cannot wait to see my final results!

Dr. Costello and her staff were absolutely amazing. They had great bedside manner and explained everything to me and answered all of my concerns. I was awake during my procedure. I had an eye bop plasty and a lip lift. Period I did not feel any of it. It was not uncomfortable at all. I was from out of town, so Dr. Costello made sure she kept in contact with me after my procedure, and checked on me quite often, I will definitely be using them again and I would recommend them to anyone I know .

Dr. Costeloe is amazing!!! I have been seeing her for a year…I have been super happy with my cosmetic treatments and she is so skilled that there is minimal to no bruising or discomfort! I would highly recommend this doctor!!!

Dr. Costeloe was absolutely fantastic! I saw her for my first lip filler procedure and was stunned by the results. My lips are full, yet natural and tasteful. Dr. Costeloe is absolutely fantastic. I wanted to explore preventive Botox and Dr.Costeloe took the time to discuss my concerns and addressed all of my questions. Not only is she very knowledgeable about preventive treatment options but her patient care etiquette is top notch - she made sure I felt comfortable with the procedure, informed about the process and followed up with me after the Botox treatment to see how I was feeling. I am obsessed with my results - they look very natural which is exactly want I asked for. I will be going back to Dr. Costeloe for all of my future facial treatments and cannot recommend her enough.
