5’6 and 155 pounds. Post two children and looking to have a procedure to remove the fat indent in my stomach that I have had since I was a teenager. I am postpartum and now trying to lose 10-15 pounds before doing any sort of procedure. I am scared of doing liposuction, but would consider it.

From your photos, you would be an excellent candidate for Coolsculpting. This FDA approved non-invasive treatment freezes and kills unwanted fat cells. In order to get best results, I would recommend treating both the upper and lower abdomen as well as the flanks. This would beautifully sculpt your waist. It is hard from photos alone to judge the apparent indent below your belly button. I believe this indentation is exaggerated by the unwanted abdominal fat above the indentation. The indentation should become less evident as the unwanted fat is diminished. Following the fat reduction, I would also consider treating the abdominal wall with Cooltone to better define the abdominal muscles.

You are a great candidate for liposuction to get the biggest 1 time results, but if surgery is not a choice, you are a great candidate for Coolsculpting also ( no scars or downtime). The stretch marks can be helped with micro needling with PRP and radiofrequncy if they are still an issue after fat reduction.
