I would recommend getting the BBL before getting CoolSculpting, to in sure you have the right amount of fat for the procedure. After getting the surgery it might reduce your concerns and void the CoolSculpting all together.

Hi there, I would be concerned that reducing your fat in the thigh area by coolsculpting may limit the amount of fat that they transfer from your thighs for BBL. I would recommend doing CoolSculpting AFTER your BBL if you still have concerns.
