Answer: Are any of the at home fat reduction devices effective? Fat reduction devices that can be used at home do not go through the same rigorous process of obtaining approval from the FDA, like CoolSculpting has. I would say that at-home devices would be less effective than CoolSculpting and possibly not effective at all. Also, there would be safety concerns with using at-home devices as well. It is possible that using devices at home could cause tissue damage as well. I would not recommend using any of the at-home fat reduction devices.

Answer: "CoolSculpting" at home No other fat reduction devices go through the process of obtaining approval from the FDA, like CoolSculpting has. I would say that the devices like CoolSculpting would be either ineffective or show some safety concerns as well. You'll only be damaging your skin causing potential tissue damage or numbness.
