Hi thanks for posting your photos. You could treat the uneven bulge on your right thigh with with Coolsculpting or Lipo. Liposuction will be more precise if performed by a doctor with good liposuction skills. Coolsculpting is less predictable and there is always a risk of PAH however, in the hands of a very skilled technician, it is still possible to get great results on your thigh with Coolsculpting. I would caution you to not go to some random medspa and risk getting Coolsculpting from an inexperienced technician because they can really mess you up and make it difficult to fix even with liposuction.
