I understand your concern and it is quite normal to be concerned about the outcome following a breast augmentation surgery. However, you are still in the early stages of the healing process.You will need to be patient at this moment and follow what your surgeon has instructed you to do post operatively.At the early stage of the healing process, the tissues around the implants are still swollen. Once the swelling subsides and the implants drop to their final position, you will be able to see the final result of your breast augmentation surgery.

At four months this degree of asymmetry will not likely resolve. My cutoff is 6 months, at that point surgery is indicated to fix.

Make sure you are communicating with your surgeon about strategies including massage, wearing a bandeau, and stretching protocols and preventing capsular contracture. At the six month post-op point, any meaningful dropping of implant is low and possibly surgery to adjust the pocket may be required--best of luck.

It appears that inframammary fold is significantly lowered on one side. Taping of the fold at this point may possibly create more symmetry but, very likely, it will need surgery to create new, symmetric IMF. It is always good to discuss this issue with your surgeon and/or ask for second opinion consult. Good luck.

It can take up to 6 months for the implants to settle. However, external ultrasound treatments and oral Accolate can help move it into place quicker. Please discuss this with your surgeon.

Typically surgeons will wait until six months post op before considering surgery to correct implant position. At that time the results are considered final and it is unlikely the implant position will change without surgical intervention.

Thanks for series of posted photos, but no before surgery photos? Best to consider reoperation withlarger implant on smaller/higher side, with release inferior pocket to gain symmetry. Fee $6,000. Best to virtual consult with.......
