My BA is 4 weeks time. I'm size 6, 52kg, underbust measurement is 27" chest wall is 10". My PS says due to my petite frame & lack of breast tissue (a/b cup) the most he can fit is a 295cc unless he lowers the fold. He says with my frame 90g will be one cup size-do you agree? Can that really take me to a D/E cup? All 295/300cc results I see look very conservative & smaller than I desire. I know I should trust my PS but I'm scared I will be disappointed after.

Answer: Implant size With an underbust measurement of 27, your bra should be a size 30. At size 32, each 100 cc of implant corresponds to 1 cup size change. You will go up at least 3 cup sizes from A/B to D/E. I would recommend following your surgeon's advice about conservative is better. Whatever you do, do not lower the inframammary fold as this will cause bottoming out. Best Wishes, Gary Horndeski, M.D.

Answer: Choosing the right size and profile breast implants for you. After I measure and discuss goals with my patients, we then look at pictures of women (my patients) with similar measurements with different size breast implants. They also get to see what they would look like when the breasts have fully dropped and fluffed and in clothes. You get to see actual results and the surgeon' s experience and not a virtual idea of what can be achieved. Women tell me that this process is very helpful in determining what is right for them.
