I have some stubborn areas of fat that no amount of diet or exercise will get rid of. I am trying to find the right procedure for my body.

Hey! Looks like you are in great shape. For small areas of stubborn fat, tumescent liposuction with either laser energy or AirSculpt are my preferences. Thank you for your question. If there was a photo from the front two sides and the back, a better answer could be given. But there seems to be regional fat accumulation, not general. In this case, you are a good candidate for Liposuction. Vaser Liposuction is more suitable for you if there is no looseness in your skin and you have tight skin. In this application, fat between tight connective tissue can be removed without damaging the tissues. If you have loose skin, laser-assisted Liposuction is more suitable. While the fat is removed, tightening of the skin can also be achieved.

Liposuction will reduce excess subcutaneous fat.  With good skin elasticity you should have a nice result.  If you have abdominal diastasis you may want to consider a mini tummy tuck which would remove excess fat and skin as well as correct abdominal wall laxity. It may come as a surprise to you, but liposuction using Lasers is actually not being performed by plastic surgeons for quite a few number of years due to their high rate of complications. The majority of plastic surgeons use power assist or traditional liposuction, which permanently remove fat cells that do not respond to diet or exercise. You should worry about not so much the technique of that reduction but a professional, who has a good record of having good results.
