I have some stubborn areas of fat that no amount of diet or exercise will get rid of. I am trying to find the right procedure for my body.

I think you are an excellent candidate for Laser Liposuction or Liposuction with Renuvion Plasma of both your abdomen and flanks. Hey! Looks like you are in great shape. For small areas of stubborn fat, tumescent liposuction with either laser energy or AirSculpt are my preferences. Both are minimally invasive and quick recovery with great results. There are no sutures and scars are very small like the tip of a pencil. Reach out with any other questions and good luck!

Liposuction will reduce excess subcutaneous fat.  With good skin elasticity you should have a nice result.  If you have abdominal diastasis you may want to consider a mini tummy tuck which would remove excess fat and skin as well as correct abdominal wall laxity.
