I would recommend breast augmentation and then laser hair removal, unless these two items are separated by a few weeks.

Hair removal procedures are pretty benign for the most part. If concerned, you may want to do the last one before surgery about two weeks prior to your procedure.
Hi KayJo, Its important to have an infection free body prior to breast augmentation as we want to avoid the possibility of cross-infection of the implants. Most of the time laser hair removal is benign, but occasionaly a small infection of the hair folicle can happen. If this happens, then delaying breast augmentation would be prudent. Best Wishes!
