Any drainage from the breast augmentation in the setting you described merits fairly regular exams to monitor progress while on antibiotics.
For your frame, it would not be unusual to have a narrow breast diameter. The implants that work in this diameter are in the 220-280cc range. I'm in agreement with you that the sizes you mention are probably a good fit for you. I prefer the moderate plus implants; the high profile implants...
The triangle shape is evidence of the implant riding high. Massage of the implant with time will produce the results you desire if you pocket was dissected properly.
