this is my 2nd day on fenugreek my breast have a slight tingle does this mean fenugreek are working to make my breast bigger im 44 yrs old an im only a 30a bra size

   Any drainage from the breast augmentation in the setting you described merits fairly regular exams to monitor progress while on antibiotics.

   The triangle shape is evidence of the implant riding high.  Massage of the implant with time will produce the results you desire if you pocket was dissected properly.
