2nd Day on Fenugreek and My Breasts Have a Slight Tingle?

  There are two basic ways to increase the size of your breasts - gain weight or surgery - either breast implants or fat grafting.

Creams and herbs will not work, save your money.Not many good choices to have larger implants without surgery. You can research and try "BRAVA" suction device, or gain weight (not advised). Hormone pills such as Birth Control Pills in many cases will result in a modest increase but is not predictable.Surgery is the most dependable and predictable method using implants or your own fat.

The most predictable way to increase your breast cup is using breast implants. There are no scientific studies on Fenugreek? I don't think it works. Good luck - Dr. Aldo.

The only way to significantly increase you breast volume is with breast augmentation. I do not know of any medicinal value for Fenugreek.
