The tip of my chin/jawline points more up than down and i was wondering if there was a way to fix it. I already tried filler and it help some but it still doesn't look the way i want it to. First few pictures are before filler and last are after filler

The chin projection can be improved by diminishing the chin projection. This can be accomplished with a reduction genioplasty or chin shaving. An office or video consultation would needed to give you better guidance. In addition, I would recommend simultaneous submental and jawline liposuction.
