Hi there. I 30 y/o female and am seeking facial harmony / femininity. I'm looking for procedures that would most greatly benefit me based on this. Would sliding genioplasty be too much? Would fillers be a better option? What other problematic areas do I have? Thank you very much.

Ideally you would have a sliding genioplasty to bring your chin forward AND up as well as jaw angle implants. This would be combined with jaw angle implants as well as buccal lipectomies with perioral and neck liposuction for an overall lower facial reshaping/profile change.
A simple panorex x-rays allows the surgeon to know the exact location of your mental nerve foramen and how to plan the angle of the bone cut. Because it is a cormmonly done and inexpensive x-ray it is nice to have it before surgery. But is it absolutely essential to have it to do the surgery.......
