Hi there. I 30 y/o female and am seeking facial harmony / femininity. I'm looking for procedures that would most greatly benefit me based on this. Would sliding genioplasty be too much? Would fillers be a better option? What other problematic areas do I have? Thank you very much.

A sliding genioplasty would improve your facial balance and provide a permanent solution to the recessive nature of your chin. Fillers are another option but they are temporary and will need constant maintenance. You might want to try the fillers first to see if you like the look.

Based on your side view pictures a sliding geniplasty would be of good benefit for you that would bring the lower third of your face into better balance. Since the only front view picture is at a distance and smiling it does not provide useful information to assess the rest of your face.
