Hello, thank you for your question. It seems like you can benefit from a Chin implant, would produce a very nice change for you and improve facial balance. I recommend you to schedule a consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon. 

Ideally you would have a sliding genioplasty to bring your chin forward AND up as well as jaw angle implants. This would be combined with jaw angle implants as well as buccal lipectomies with perioral and neck liposuction for an overall lower facial reshaping/profile change.

The photographs demonstrate a recessive chin profile for which a chin implant can  augment and improve your chin. Chin implants are manufactured in a larger array of  thicknesses, sizes, and shapes which is best determined at the time of the consultation and examination.  In our practice, we place chin implants under local anesthesia as an outpatient procedure which takes approximately 30 minutes.  There is a small incision placed underneath the chin where it is inserted.  For over 25 years, we have used Implantech brand of solid silicone chin implants with an excellent success rate.  Digital computer imaging would be helpful to understand what a new chin would look like upon your facial features.

Hello,You are a great candidate for a chin augmentation surgery. It can be either done by bone sliding or using an implant. Your jaw line definition can be enhanced by lower face laser assisted liposuction.  Laser has the benefit of providing a slight skin contraction over the worked areas to prevent skin loosing.

An improvement in the chin projection with a genioplasty and  improving the area along the jawline towards the ear will achieve your goal and give good balance. Your lower jawline slope is genetic but can be enhanced.
