Keep getting nostril slit/cut (Photo)

I keep getting a slit/cut (small) in my nose at the bottom. I get it like every 2 months and it takes weeks to heal. Why?

Hello! Thank you for your question. In nose surgeries surgeons mostly prefer rib cartilage because it is more resistant when you give nose a shape with them. Your concerns cannot be relevant with rib cartilage but it can be due to the previous surgery. I recommend rib cartilage mostly. Best Regards!

Your nose appears more over projected because the lower portion of your face is a bit short. Because your chin falls behind your lips, the mid part of your face appears more prominent. I would recommend a genioplasty for you. This procedure would move your chin forward and slightly down,...
