I had septorhinoplasty 7 months ago. Nose has straighten but at tip on right side there is deviation (Photo)

My experience is that at 7 months most of the swelling will have resolved and you should have a good idea about the general symmetry or lack thereof! Now having said that, there are cases where additional resolution can occur to produce a thinner and more elegant nose. And I've even seen changes after several years. However, I would not expect the deviation you present with to suddenly be perfectly centered after additional time has gone by. It might look something thinner and less bulbous, but probably not more centered. I do agree with your prior surgeon that cartilage does have some memory and can resist straightening out or even return to a deviated state after it has been straightened!However, that is not to say it is impossible to straighten your nose out. Results are experience and technique dependent and while one surgeon may throw up his hands, another may not!

It is not clear, however, whether or not your deviated nasal appearance will improve. Consider waiting another five to six months to reevaluate how you feel about your nose. If you are still dissatisfied with your nasal appearance at that time, feel free to re-ask your question with before and after photos or consult with a reputable rhinoplasty specialist about how to best move forward.
