Hello I have caudal septal deviation and on that same side my nasal tip is deviated. If 1mm of caudal septum is resected what would happen? Will my tip collapse and droop further, or would the right side of my septum which is pushing my tip down help tip to raise up a bit and become closer to the left side which is positioned a millimeter or so higher? The asymettry is not much more than 1 millimeter which is why I am referring to the trim being one millimeter.
