There is no way to naturally improve your under eye hallows. A good eye cream will help improve the appearance of the skin and regular use of a UVA/UVB sunscreen will prevent further wrinkles, but the only thing that can add volume is a HA filler such as Restylane. Hollow areas under your eyes may be related to weight loss. With weight gain you may be able to improve that appearance. However, if it doesn't, there is no natural way to add volume there.A simple plastic surgery solution to this would be to do either an injection of a filler (these come in syringes) and the ones that work best in the tear trough for hollows under the eyes are Belotero or Restylane or Restylane Silk. These results typically last 9 months to 18 months.The other option is to do fat grafting where the doctor can suction approximately a teaspoon of fat out of some other area of your body and inject it into the space under your eyes to fill in those hollows. The results from fat grafting are typically permanent, although about 30% - 40% of the fat does absorb.
