Unnatural Looking Chin/Neck after Neck Lift (Photos)

Without examining your skin, I can't be totally specific about my analysis, but your photos show uneven contour of subcutaneous fat (under the skin) in the front of your neck. It is possible that due to fat removal either surgically or with liposuction, the platysma muscles were uncovered, and now their fibers are showing through the skin surface. It is also possible that there is a relative excess amount of subcutaneous fat just beyond the flattened area under the chin. I think most of your contour problems can be corrected with careful fat removal under direct vision. However, you also have loose muscles and or skin there, then you might also need more lifting or tightening of either the muscle or skin. The other think to keep in mind is that sometimes there is fullness just to the side of your chin on the the upper neck, due to large submandibular salivary glands, and the surgery to reduce them and flatten that area is not performed by all plastic surgeons due to increase complication risks.
