My very big double chin reduced to this and will not further reduce. I had a very chubby face which made it look rounder though before I gained all that weight I had a heart shaped face. But now I’ve lost a lot on the upper face but not lower/jawline area so it looks very square and coupled with the still visible double chin makes me look like I barely have a jawline from the side profile and also looks like I barely have a neck too
