Plastic surgery scars require attention after surgery so that they remain cosmetically-appealing and barely noticeable. One of the options, beside scar revision, is fat grafting of the scarred, irregular area with micro and nano fat grafts. This can be done in local anesthesia and may proove to be sufficint, without scar revision. You should discuss this option with your surgeon. Good luck.
