I had a bbl post a tummy tuck and pregnancy and the bbl left me with fibrosis. They developed 1 year later. Will a tummy tuck help me with this? Do I qualify for a tummy tuck?

I would recommend performing liposuction with a possible scar revision to help make it more symmetric. This is quite common in body contouring surgery.

It looks like you've got some excess skin and fat on your lower abdomen. I'd suggest removing the additional skin and fat.
