If the surgeon assured a certain results and did not deliver, am I still responsible for the revision?

the price is entirely practice dependent. If it was planned to be staged than the cost may be included. If its a revision, typically surgeons only ask the patient to pay for the surgery center and anesthesia.

The width of your gap is related to your anatomy and the bases of your breasts. The bases cannot be moved and so the gap remains. Using larger and wide based implants, some fullness outside of the gap can be achieved and make the gap more narrow. Also, fat can be added to the inner breast edges to help narrow the gap. But, the gap will always exist because of your anatomy. Please discuss the money situation with your surgeon.
