I had 275 cc mod under the muscle through the armpit. From my consultation I let my surgeon know I did not want a large gap. He assured me 240-275 would not leave me with a large gap. Fast forward to post op I have about a palm worth of gap. My surgeon said if I wanted it closer I would need a larger implant and gave me a quote for 10k at 3 months post op. What you have now is a little large for your tissue and does tend to sit higher since there is no room for the implants to go elsewhere. Your wish photo is not realistic for you since your frame is smaller. If the implants were placed on top of the muscle, they could sit lower and you could go...

The difference between 695 and 650 is 45 cc's, which is about 3 tablespoons full. You would still wear the same size bra probably. Both are large and heavy implants.
