I had 275 cc mod under the muscle through the armpit. From my consultation I let my surgeon know I did not want a large gap. He assured me 240-275 would not leave me with a large gap. Fast forward to post op I have about a palm worth of gap. My surgeon said if I wanted it closer I would need a larger implant and gave me a quote for 10k at 3 months post op. Am I wrong for feeling like I shouldn’t have to pay for it since he assured me I would get the result I wanted? I do not like my result at al
