Hi! I had a MMO in Jan 2022, breast lift with implants. I didn't pick my implant size I was told the measurements the doctor took decided that. I did pick silicone and it was recommend to go under muscle. This is about my breasts specifically. I started as a 34dd and I am now a 32FF. It's impossible to find bras that fit well. sports bras are a problem. Either the waist is too large or my breasts spill out everywhere. My breasts fall into my armpits and leave a flat chest in thecenter

I understand your concern. However, without a proper assessment, it would be difficult to determine what went wrong. It is best that you visit your plastic surgeon for further assessment or ask for a second opinion. Only after a thorough examination, you can get proper recommendations and advice.

You did not ask a question, but I recommend going down in size and consider a lift. A "DD" is plenty large for most women and too large for many.  Also, as you age, those heavy breasts will just sag and become too heavy for your neck and shoulders.
