You did not ask a question, but I recommend going down in size and consider a lift. A "DD" is plenty large for most women and too large for many. Also, as you age, those heavy breasts will just sag and become too heavy for your neck and shoulders.

Yes, your surgeon is correct. One implant is sitting high and is pushing your nipple down. Once released, you may or may not need a lift. Your surgeon can decide that on the table.
