Can my side pockets be tightened during breast implant exchange?

Hello! I am wondering if during breast implant exchange, if the side pockets are able to be slightly tightened to allow for more fullness on top instead of so much side boob? Thank you

You did not ask a question, but I recommend going down in size and consider a lift. A "DD" is plenty large for most women and too large for many. Also, as you age, those heavy breasts will just sag and become too heavy for your neck and shoulders.

Yes, your surgeon is correct. One implant is sitting high and is pushing your nipple down. Once released, you may or may not need a lift. Your surgeon can decide that on the table.
