I am 6'3.5" tall and weigh about 195 I am male and want to transition to female i went yesterday for a consult and the Dr recommends 450cc to 500cc.what do you recommend

Only you know what look you want to achieve, not your surgeon.
I would recommend going to ricetest.com and making rice sizers, then spending a lot of time trying on your favorite outfits and figuring out what volume/size gives you the look you want. From there your surgeon should be able to find an implant that matches your chest near that size. I never pick implants for my patients, I make sure they pick the size. They are the only ones who know what would make them happy.
