I have had FFS (brow bossing removed and jaw shaved down), but I still feel like something is missing. I'd like a more feminine face. I still read myself as somewhat androgynous and that's not where I'd like to be, facially. I'd like a shorter, rounder face. Can anything be done? Lefort I? Rhinoplasty? Something else? I'd just like to not have that long-face-with-a-short-nose "tranny" look. If that makes sense.
Answer: A shorter nose From my point of view, the parts of your face that you got operated look very feminine and pretty. The angrogynious look you are not happy with may come from the mixture of feminine features (the operated ones) and a very masculine one (the nose). In my opinion the whole face is not too long, except for the nose, which is very long and unfortunately looks out of proportion. There is plenty of leeway to perform a feminizing rhinoplasty without making the nose look too short for the face (the "tranny" look you want to avoid). Currently, I would rather say that the current situation is closer to long-nose-in-a-normal-face, so I don't see your concern as an actual risk if the rhinoplasty is done by a surgeon who values natural-looking and well proportioned results.

Answer: Revision FFS Unfortunately, as more and more doctors, including some in Europe, start trying to do FFS there are many people who need revisions. We see this regularly and help dramatically. There are many options and a direct video consultation is the next best step.

Answer: Increased feminization with rhinoplasty and Adam's apple reduction Thank you very much for your question and the excellent photos you provided. The surgeries you have had have given you a very feminine jawline and forehead which many people continuously strive for and I think was an excellent place to start. I think you would gain the most additional feminization from a rhinoplasty to alter the contour of the nasal bridge and dorsum as well as lifting the tip which are classically feminine features. If you wanted to stick to one surgery, that is the one I would recommend. I believe this would change your overall facial proportions and midfacial appearance, eliminating the need for a LeFort or other craniofacial procedure. Shaving down the Adams apple, which could be done at the same time, would also be a significant improvement and eliminate this "tell" in the neck that can be an obviously masculine feature. Be sure to schedule a consultation with a surgeon who specializes in these procedures for a face-to-face evaluation and discussion of your personal desires- best wishes in achieving your goals!

Answer: #FFS - more feminine face Hi Joanne. Thanks for sharing your photos. Your forehead and jawline look good - very feminine. From your photos what stands out are your nose, upper lip and Adam's apple which could be improved. Feiminising rhinoplasty and upper lip lift would have a very positive impact on your female appearance as these are central features. Reducing your Adam's apple would be good as this is a malee marker. Hope this is helpful and good luck.
