Hey All: I'm a transgender woman,I have been told by a surgeon my brow ridge is not very noticeable but I will be look better if I do the surgery. I'm not so sure ,My brow ridge is small and I never got complain about it .I would like ask doctor's opinion.Will I be benefit from the brow ridge reduction or the improvement will be very small ? P.S : I will never concern the Type 3 forehead surgery.If I do I will only have the brow ridge reduction ,Is it worth it ? Many Thanks

Mistyjensen,You may have swelling going on. However, it may be a large masseter muscle (especially if you had jawline shaping). I'd suggest getting examined and considering botox for that if it's a large muscle. We can also reduce the size of the muscle and bone if needed.
