Is it possible to take out the vertical growing hairs and retransplant them with better angulations, if so will that going the damage the transplanted are and make my skin worse than before, if not if i want to get rid of all the transplanted facial hair by needle or laser epilacion will that leave persistent marks on my face , i had a transplnat about 2000 grafts and they did a horrible job and ruined my face by vertical growing hairs .

Answer: It is not possible to remove and replant hairs. You can probably have laser hair removal or electrolysis to remove the hairs.
If you are having issues after surgery, especially with "redness" you should contact your doctor. It may be a sign of infection. It may also be normal. It is best to contact your doctor for treatment options.
Facial hair growth is a genetic trait. If you have very little facial hair there isn't much you can do to increase the growth. A surgical option would be a hair transplant procedure.
Occasionally the hair follicles are preserved within the incision. It may take up to one year to regrow hair in these areas. It is possible, that the widened area will never grow hair. This can be assisted by re excising and closing the scar, to bring hair follicles closer...
