I am not happy at all with the angulations of my transplanted beard, is it possible to retransplant hairs?

Is it possible to take out the vertical growing hairs and retransplant them with better angulations, if so will that going the damage the transplanted are and make my skin worse than before, if not if i want to get rid of all the transplanted facial hair by needle or laser epilacion will that leave persistent marks on my face , i had a transplnat about 2000 grafts and they did a horrible job and ruined my face by vertical growing hairs .

It is not possible to remove and replant hairs.  You can probably have laser hair removal or electrolysis to remove the hairs.

I would not recommend trying to retransplant the grafts from your face. Remember when you take them out, you'll have to use a round punch which will leave a small diameter round hole in the area when the graft is removed. This hole will take up space on your face. If you take out 2000 grafts, you'll have considerable scarring and the 2000 holes from extracting will prevent you from using that space to reimplant the grafts at a different angle. I'd recommend using laser therapy or electrolysis first, let it heal for a few months, then redo the transplant making sure they are implanted at the correct angle.

Beard area may restored with a revision HT.I advice you have a FUE; you would get the desired beard  in just one sesssion of dense packing hair transplant. Dense packing transplantation will camouflage the bad looking grafts on you cheek which help to create the soft look of a natural beard. To get rid of all the transplanted facial hair by needle or laser may cause scar on your face .

This is a problem when the direction was placed in the wrong angle.  You may have to get FUE on those hairs that are misplaced and then re-implant them in the proper direction.
