Will the transplanted hairs look like the facial hairs I already have (they are very very small and fine. I have very few of them…) or will they appear like real thick facial hairs? I'm afraid that after doing a beard transplant, the hairs will grow like the one I already have, which mean that they will look very thin and small. Do you also recommend the use of minoxidil after the transplantation (maybe start using it one month after the transplantation ?) ? can that enhance the results ?

This is a problem when the direction was placed in the wrong angle. You may have to get FUE on those hairs that are misplaced and then re-implant them in the proper direction.
If you are having issues after surgery, especially with "redness" you should contact your doctor. It may be a sign of infection. It may also be normal. It is best to contact your doctor for treatment options.
Facial hair growth is a genetic trait. If you have very little facial hair there isn't much you can do to increase the growth. A surgical option would be a hair transplant procedure.
