What procedures did Alena Shishkova have? (photos)

Hi! I'm wondering, besides lip injections or augmentation, what cosmetic procedures did Alena Shishkova have to achieve her look? I know alot of the reason she looks so different is due to makeup, but her facial structure seems to have changed quite a lot so I'm assuming cheek/jaw implants too? Her eyebrows also seem lifted but again, maybe that's just makeup. I think she may have had rhinoplasty but I'm not sure,would anyone be able to tell me what procedures she had done? Thanks.

The photo is very helpful.  That horizontal line is common in many patients and is a wrinkle.  The line is not a result of the filler that you received in your lip.  This is a difficult line to fill as there is constant movement in that area and the line cannot be completely erased.  You may con...

It is way toot early to be assessing the effects of a LeFort 1 osteotomy on the lips. It takes a full 6 months for all swelling, scarring and adverse tissue effects to either resolve or improve maximally. Tightness of the lips early after the procedure is common and usually resolves.

I believe your lip shape it very nice and appropriate. Your upper lip to lower lip ratio seems off. Since photos are 2-D and in person face to face evaluations are 3-D, I would recommend obtaining a consultation with a plastic or facial plastic surgeon to help you understand what this issues are...
