Is it possible to "lift" the lower edge of the nasal septum, at the beginning of the columella? (Photo)

Sorry if the question sounds weird, but I just wonder if this is possible. I made a quick draw so that I can be better understood, the actual nasal septum being the red lines. I wonder if the dotted red line could be trimmed a bit so that the inner (towards the face) end could be upper. The blue line would be the result. Is this possible? Thank you!
