What are the chances that this dent will even out? In the worse scenario, could it get fixed with an in-office procedure?

I had a wise pattern/inferior pedicule breast reduction almost 7 weeks ago. No implants. 250gr removed from right breast and 450gr from left. Left breast tissues softened fairly quick but the vertical scar is still hard and tight at the bottom which is making my breast look boxier and cut in2 at the T junction. I massage the scars everyday but honestly, its looking worse by the minute.

Thank you for your question. You are still early in the healing process. The boxiness is normal at this stage for the type of reduction you had which is dependent on the skin envelope to hold the breast together. This will soften over time and the bottom of your breasts should round out.

Hello, and thank you for your question. (Keep in mind that an in-person consultation is necessary for the best advice.) It has only been 7 weeks since your surgery. Your body is still healing, and you are still swollen. It can take as long as 6-12 months for all of the residual edema to resolve. Be patient, and follow up with your plastic surgeon. Best of luck!
