Are these hard red bumps and raised scars 2 years post breast reduction normal? (Photos)

I am two years post op from my breast reduction and still experiencing some concerns. I have a hard red raised area on my right breast that gets periodically itchy and hot, as well as hard red bumps around my right nipple, but my left breast is perfectly fine. Should I schedule an appointmemt with the surgeon?
