Thank you for your question. While photos are helpful, in this instance only an in-person evaluation can accurately diagnose your issue and prescribe the correct treatment. I recommend you schedule a consultation with your board-certified plastic surgeon to discuss your concerns. They should be able to determine the cause of your symptoms and recommend a product or treatment to alleviate your symptoms. Hope this helps!

Most likely a dermatitis of the nipple/areaola skin requiring a steroid cream.  However, follow up with your surgeon.  You may benefit from a biopsy of your nipple/areolar tissue to help diagnose this.  A mammogram and ultrasound may also be indicated if not previously done.
