Third Spacing ... Fluids? (photo)

4 days Post Op (outer thigh lift with lipo, breast lift, right side midriff lipo), had enormous BP & HR spike lasting 4 hrs. (200/112; 145 BPM) Went to ER--lots of tests showed mildl anemia. Spoke w/PS & my reg doc. No good answer. Perhaps third sp fluids issues? But third sp usually causes low BP. Reg doc said maybe extra fluids injected for lipo caused high BP, not low. All vitals back to normal. Recovery seems on track, but feel uneasy about spike event. Opinions?
