Hi Mariab1993, While sneezing may cause some discomfort if you are still in pain following breast surgery, it will not have any significant effect on your overall recovery and healing. I have never had a patient because any kind of problem by sneezing at any stage during their recovery, so I'm sure you're perfectly safe!
Yes, you should be fine to sneeze. You will probably do more damage trying to stop a sneeze as they are not easily avoidable. I have never had a patient have any issues from sneezing after a breast lift. If you are sneezing because you are unwell however, just be cautious to take it easy to ensure you recovery is smooth. Wishing you the best with the rest of your recovery.
