Can a donut maxoplexy correct tubular breast?

triny58
Did a consultation a few weeks back and was considered to have constriction on the lower pole. Did some reading about tubular breasts and saw that it requires some sort of tissue scoring to improve the shape. However, this was not mentioned at consult. Was told that the options was to have the maxoplexy with or without an implant. Just looking for some advice as I don’t want to have an implant project and further exaggerate a deformed shape. Thank you.
