Thanks for your question and sharing your photos. I agree with you that at the age of 30 you should not have issues with how your eyes look. I have to say you have pretty eyes but I think you are among a group of patients to have congenital deep set eyes. I also think you may have some degree of droopy brow but one needs to examine you to make a final judgement.
I have operated on young girls who had congenital droopy eyebrows or a fold over their upper eyelid. Unfortunately, these situations can not usually be corrected with non surgical treatments.
