Please include a photo that has both of your eyes and most of your nose. Then we will be able to appropriately determine the canthal tilt, or angle. A positive canthal angle has the outside corner of the eye higher than the inside corner of the eye. A negative canthal angle would have the outside corner lower than the inside corner. We are taught that a positive angle is more aesthetically appealing. It is usually a simple operation for a properly trained surgeon to raise the outside corner of the eye to produce a positive angle. I hope this helps. Happy new year!
