I've passed through to many rhinoplasties and nobody could fix my deviation (I also have a spreader graft with rib cartilage in the right side of my nose that didn't work). The left upper lateral cartilage always tends to bend and makes the right side depress. My concern is that the hyaluronic acid cannot fill the depresion and makes things worse (push more the cartilage to the left side). Permanent fillers are not an option due to consecuences. Looking forward to your opinions. Thank you.
Answer: An examination usually is sufficient for determining whether one may respond to a nasal injectable filler. If the depressed area on your nose has skin that is liftable off of the underlying skeleton of your nose, depending on your examination, microdroplet Silikon-1000 injections may be considered for a permanent non-surgical rhinoplasty treatment. You can also utilize temporary jail fillers like ha, however, they are associated with problems like thrombosis, necrosis, embolism, stroke, blindness, and biofilm. Since a Silikon-1000 molecule is smaller than a red blood cell, problems like that simply never happen with Silikon-1000. Regardless of what filler you decide to use, sometimes a saline demo is helpful. Since we specialize in the use of permanent fillers, sometimes we advocate injecting sterile saline into the nose, followed by photographs, so we can see how much of a fill may be achieved, and to allow somebody to see what their final result would look like for several hours. Great question, and I hope this helps! Sincerely, Dr Joseph

Answer: Non Surgical Nosejob Candidate-- with Fillers (voluma, restylane, juvederm) I recommend getting a formal evaluation with a cosmetic dermatologist to go over your desired results. Facial fillers (voluma, restylane, juvederm) can be used to improve the symmetry of the nose and improve a depression. Surgery would be needed to improve nostrils or overall shape. See an expert. Best, Dr. Emer

Answer: Non Surgical Nose Job, Liquid Rhinoplasy Post Rhinoplasty Residual defects post rhinoplasty are ideally suited for correction with fillers.Minor defects of the bridge (dorsum), central nose and tip of the nose can be very precisely and quickly corrected with fillers. Reduction of a prominent dorsum or tip requires surgery. Various fillers are available Radiesse, Bellafill, autologous fat, Voluma and Lyft are options. Depending on your expectations for longevity and budget (pricing between $500 and $1900) a product can be chosen to best fit your needs. There are no fillers that have been tested in this area by the FDA and therefor are considered "off label use". Please consult in person with an experienced Board Certified Plastic Surgeon prior to making treatment decisions. Tweet

Answer: Filler for nasal depression Thank you for your question. Judging by your photographs you may be a candidate for filler in the nasal depression. Fortunately if it is something you don't like it can be dissolved. It is imperative you see a surgeon with experience in the technique. Good luck.

Answer: Filler for non-surgical Rhinoplasty Hello,Of course an office consultation is a must to determine how fillers can work for you but usually fillers are good method for nose job. They are temporary so you are not going to have any sequel. It may come a perfect job but it should help quite well. Hyaluronic acid fillers are the best because we can reverse it if needed.Consult with expert and good luck.Ray Bayati, MDElite Medical AestheticsSacramento Area, California
