Non surgical nose job migration, can Juvederm if injected to radix of nose disperse into eyelids (the skin in the eyelids)?

No, this is extremely unlikely. I recommend getting a formal evaluation with a cosmetic dermatologist to go over your desired results. Facial fillers (voluma, restylane, juvederm) can be used to improve the symmetry of the nose. Surgery would be needed to improve nostrils or overall shape. See an expert. Best, Dr. Emer

Filler may migrate in any direction typically at the time of injection.  If both eyelids are swollen the reaction may be due to swelling from the injection or an allergic response to the product.Consulting with your treatment provider is your best option.
