Whenever fillers are used, we advocate the serial puncture and microdroplet technique which involves placing small drops of filler into an area which then will become completely contained by somebody's body with a minimal inflammatory response. No, this is extremely unlikely. I recommend getting a formal evaluation with a cosmetic dermatologist to go over your desired results. Facial fillers (voluma, restylane, juvederm) can be used to improve the symmetry of the nose. Surgery would be needed to improve nostrils or overall shape. See an expert. Best, Dr. Emer
Filler may migrate in any direction typically at the time of injection.
