Umbilical hernia 8 days ago, stitching was not used to close, a kind of glue was used, but it started to ooze fluid 2 days ago?

I have already used three large surgical plaster pads, but it still continues to leak and is sore to the touch, should I go to my local A&E yours sincerely Edward White
