The inner corner of my eyes is too long and sharp looking. Is an eyelid surgery like this even possible? (Photo)

I feel like the inner corner of my eyes is too long, it makes my eyes look very close set. Also I hate the way my fold looks, it starts above the corner of the eye and gives me a very odd, long looking eye shape. The after picture is how I want my eyes to look. Is something like that even possible? Is it possible to change the fold on the inner eye and shorten the corner? What procedures would you recommend for a more pleasant looking eyeshape and eyelid?
