Will my ability to play intense sports be affected after a rib rhinoplasty and revision septoplasty?

Thank you for your question.  Once you are fully healed from your rhinoplasty, you should be able to play sports as before.  I almost always have my patients wait at least 4 weeks before starting strenuous exercise, and I would discuss when to start back with your surgeon.  Even after surgery, you will still need to be careful with any type of contact sport. A hard hit to the nose can cause damage, whether or not you have had surgery. I hope that this helps.-David Gilpin

Congratulations on your rhinoplasty! I hope you are enjoying your results.
As for being able to play sports, I advise my patients to do it a month after surgery. Your nose should be just as durable as your own nose after about 6 months. But you still need to be careful as it may be more complicated to fix if anything happens to your nose.
