Ultra High Profile? 120lbs, 5'7'' BWD is 11cm. 32A wanting to be in the D range. PA is thinking 460cc UHP.

Fun bags McGee
My chest bone sticks out so I know it makes sense to have some projection but I just want them to look my wish boobs and I feel like the UHP will look like lower balls. Implants can totally look round but they have to be large enough to make them look more natural. There is not many examples of UHP. I tried on 450cc HP and liked them as well. I just wonder if there will be a gradual slope or a hump with UHP. I plan on going under the muscle.
