Sensitivity to the tip after a non-surgical nose job - is this common?

Allforthebeauty05
I decided to get nose filler and a little tox for my nose a while ago, and the procedure went well. However, I’ve noticed that when it’s cold, the tip of my nose feels tingly, hard, and sensitive. It’s quite uncomfortable, almost like an itch I can’t scratch. Is this a normal reaction due to the filler, or could it be a negative side effect?
