8 years and my nose is still not back to normal after fillers (Photo)

Please help, no one has given me any advice or answers that are sufficient to explain why I still have fillers in my nose. We did not use permanent fillers, the complication was that I did get swelling and bruising and potential vascular complications. Is this scare tissue? Is this filler? It’s been over 8 years. What can I do to get my nose back to its original state, please help.

I know you're upset with your nasal appearance, however, your nasal tip appearance in your current photo appears to be pleasing. We have seen injectable fillers last for many years in somebody's nose, because the nose is static and does not move. It is conceivable that you could have persistent HA in your nose, and the dissolving enzyme may be something to consider.

Sometimes people come to us for a rhinoplasty surgery who have filler in their noses, and we have seen the dissolving enzyme make fillers disappear in several days or less. I hope this helps! Sincerely, Dr. Joseph
