It doesn't happen all the time but it either happens when I stretching my leg or turning a certain way in bed. I am feeling the nerve reconnecting in my incision area, but this is a more painful activity. Can anyone out there make since of this for me. I don't have my post op until 4/10/18 and I have let these concerns be know but she wasn't sure why either at this time.

Thanks for your question. Drug testing is not a routine thing prior to surgery. If your surgeon for some reason believes that past history of drug abuse might affect your safety and your results, then perhaps that would be the reason. Personally, I've never done that.Best of Luck!
